Kathleen Moore Myers, 89, of Willow Estates in Penn Laird, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008.
Mrs. Myers was born Feb. 25, 1919, in Rockingham County, and was the daughter of the late John D. and Erma H. Moore.
She was a member of the First Church of the Brethren in Harrisonburg.
Her husband, Carson D. Myers, preceded her in death May 18, 1977.
Surviving are two daughters, Kara Dee Layman of Harrisonburg, and Kathy M. Kittrell of Richmond; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
She requested that her family hold a private graveside service.
