She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

On Aug. 9, 1947, she married Ralph W. Cline, who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Diane Davis and husband Richard, of Harrisonburg; a son, Paul Cline and wife, Sherry, of Harrisonburg; four grandchildren, Michael Davis and wife, Mary, Joel Davis and wife, Keri, Jackson Cline and Julie Cline; four step-grandchildren, Ryan Black, Britain Black, Alex Black, and Todd Evans; five great-grandchildren, Cana Davis, Peyton Davis, Kate Davis, Olivia Davis and Mac Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Charles Cline, and a brother, Howard Johnson Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Otterbein United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jim Grogan and Thomas Murphy officiating. Burial will be held privately. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.

Dear Diane, Paul, Mr. Cline, and Family
I will always remember Mrs. Cline and the welcome she gave me when Diane and I
were high school and college buddies. She was a lovely and kind person. Just
writing this brings back many, many fond memories of her smile and her voice.
John and I are thinking of you all at this time, and extend our deepest
sympathy.

With love,

Dear Ralph, Diane, and Paul
So sorry to here about Anne's passing. I will greatly miss her smiling face when
we come to VMRC to visit and eat dinner with Mom. I'm sorry we could not make
the funeral or visitation. May God's comfort and love help to fill the hole that
has been left in your lives.
