Peggy, we are so sorry to hear about the passing of Carol Sue. I can remember
the days when I used to sit on the front porch of your home on Reservoir street
with your dad and always talking with Carol Sue and yourself. Although it has
been many years my memories of life on the hill was fond and knowing that almost
everyone around us was family those days will always be the ones that I will
remember and Carol Sue was and always will be remembered as a loving part of our
family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and my God comfort your heart
during your time of mourning.

To Carol's family I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I am the ex-grandson of
Peggy Thompson that carol worked with when she was at 7-eleven on corner of
mason and gay streets. Peggy (Granny ) as we called her , loved carol very much
and her and carol developed a close friendship over the many years of working
together. Now Granny and Carol are together again in heaven and they will enjoy
each other's company once more just in a little different way. Sincerely

Carol was a great listener
Carol and I shared many talks together. From the 7-11 to Linville we always
found time to have our talk time. We both had things to talk about and just
having someone to voice our opinions to was such a blessing sometimes. Carol was
a very, very special lady and I will truly miss my friend.
Peggy, I only met
you during my visits to Carol at the hospital but I know and Carol had a bond
and I am sorry for your loss.
