Hazel Jean Musselman, a resident of Harrisonburg, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2010, at the age of 94. She was born in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, on Aug. 19, 1915, to the late Norman and Jane Cook MacLeod.
Mrs. Musselman was a resident at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community since 2000 and a member of Harrisonburg Baptist Church. She had previously, along with her husband, resided in Lexington, Ky. She eventually retired to Naples, Fla.
On Sept. 6, 1943, she married Vernon Armor Musselman, who survives. She is also survived by her son, Donald L. Musselman and wife, Karen, of Harrisonburg; her daughter, Catherine A. Melton and husband, Ed, of Richmond; three grandchildren, Laura Lineweaver, Whitney Jerdal and Amy Crawford and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by all of her siblings; two brothers and three sisters.
