Nora Marie Lam, 89, a resident at Avante at Harrisonburg, and formerly of Elkton, passed away April 14, 2010, at Avante.
Mrs. Lam was born Jan. 21, 1921, in Maryland, and was a daughter of the late John Thomas and Minnie Blanche Riddle Fultz.
She lived in Elkton for 20 years before moving to Avante in 2007. She was a homemaker.
Her husband, Randolph Hues Lam, preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Myrtle Bruce, and brothers, Howard, Herbert and Robert Fultz. She is survived by a sister, Margaret Fultz of Elkton, and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Elk Run Cemetery in Elkton with Danny Herring conducting the service.
