Rodolfo Espinoza Leal, 17, of Harrisonburg, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Rodolfo was born Sept. 20, 1992, in Santa Agueda Pinal de Amoles Queretaro, Mexico, and was the son of Isaias Espinoza-Hernandez and M. Iraiz Leal Espinoza of Harrisonburg.
He was a sophomore at Broadway High School and enjoyed playing soccer and loved music and dancing. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Besides his parents, he is survived by brothers, Eleazar Espinoza Leal and Giovani Espinoza Leal, and a sister, Neida Espinoza Leal.
A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010, at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg with Father Thomas Mattingly officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Mexico.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Kyger Funeral Home.
