I worked with Karen for many years as we floated through-out RMH, during the

Dear Baard, Jr. and Family,
I regret not being able to come to tonight's
Celebration of Karen's Life. I knew Karen best during the early days of
baseball league and sports when Karen was always at the games where Silas and
Baard were involved. She was ever a warm, friendly, and caring person, someone
I enjoyed and appreciated as a supportive parent and good human being. I know
she will be very much missed.
My sympathy and condolences to the family,

Condolances to Karen Grindal family
Karen has touched our lives in so many ways over many years. I was privileged
to work with her in Mental Health at RMH for most of 25 years and now I join
with you in grieving her sudden departure. She has given us so many special
memoires to treasure and taught us many valuable lessons that we can pass along
to others. I know she loved every one of you deeply and worked for your good.
God bless you as you continue the journey. Sincerely, Eleanor Isner

To the Grindal Family,
It was with sadness that I learned of your mom's
passing. I remember her from many HHS events and conferences and from the happy
times of Baard and Loriann's wedding. She was so supportive of her family; she
loved all of you very much. Take care, and know that you are in my thoughts and
prayers.

With Sympathy,
Judy Warren
