Annie Katherin Fink, 86, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at Evergreen Nursing Home in Winchester.
Ms. Fink was born on Feb. 24, 1923, in Rockingham County, and was a daughter of the late Grover and Tilda Ann Johnson Fink. Annie was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Fink and Frank Fink, and two sisters, Nellie Knicely and Frances Falls.
Ms. Fink is survived by two sisters, Ethel Eckard of Harrisonburg, and Mamie Smith of Broadway; one brother, Shirley Fink of Hinton; special nephew, Allen Wayne Fink Sr.; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg with the Rev. Laney Knight officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
