Blake,
We are very sorry to hear of your loss. We only met your Dad a couple of
times, but I know the two of you had a strong bond and were great friends. If
there is anything that you need please don't hesitate to
ask.

Buck was a very dear friend of ours, we have been attempting to get in touch
with him for months now we know why we couldn't. My husband and I are sitting
here in shock. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Thank you for the
email.

Buck was a very dear friend I met while living in Reston, VA. He was my roommate
for a period. Buck had a very strong voice and had a way with making good
conversation even around people who didn't like talking. One thing Buck
encouraged me to do was to join the mililtary, since I was hesitant because of
my age. Well, I talked with him within the last year briefly on the phone and
by email. Unfortunately, I got word of his passing while on deployment, but I
would like to say that Buck's life made an impact in a time in my life when I
needed it. Thanks Buck for your words of confidence, experience, and
friendship. Now as a soldier and veteran, I can say you are my battle.
