Danny Ray Kisling, 51, of Elkton, passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, at his home.
Danny Ray was born July 6, 1958, and was the son of the late Oliver Richard Kisling Sr. and Helen Good Kisling. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Oliver “Ricky” Kisling Jr.
Danny Ray worked as a pipe fitter and a plumber for 33 years and enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with the children in his family. He loved to talk about the Bible.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Cubbage Kisling; one daughter, Barbara Jean Kisling; two brothers, Harold W. Kisling and Norman Scott Kisling; two sisters, Brenda Yancey and Joyce Stepp, all of Elkton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at Kyger Funeral Home Chapel in Elkton with Elder Ben Cubbage and Raymond Stepp officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery near Elkton.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home in Elkton. Friends may also call at the home of the late Oliver and Helen Kisling at anytime.
