you will be missed more than you know
Papa, I love you more than you will ever realize, but then again I think you
knew after i'd say "papa i love you soooo much" 20 times later i'd
finally ask "papa am i getting on your nerves?" haha. YOU KNOW I WAS
but you didn't want to make me sad. lol. I will NEVER forget our memories.
Like Matt said, you weren't just our grandpa but you were the father figure in
our lives. Every person you came into contact with, you touched their hearts.
It's unreal with all these different signs you've been showing me, letting me
know you are always with me and i appreciate that so much. On wednesday when i
found out you passed away i went into mcdonalds and this cute little old man was
standing there..and guess what...he was wearing the EXACT eagle ring you
have...i know that was you telling me hello...and i know you're smiling right
now. I'm glad your no longer hurting-you're in HEAVEN with the angels and now
yo...

Papa, you are the greatest grandfather anyone could ever ask for! I learned a
lot from you. I will miss you a lot. It's hard knowing that I can't just pick up
my phone and call you...I miss you so much. It's only been a week - and it keeps
hitting me off and on that you aren't here. It was a nightmare when Ang woke me
up to say you passed away. I couldn't believe it. Your mind was healthy but your
body was tired. I know you are in a better place. I love you very much and just
want to thank you for everything you have done for us and the influence you made
in my life. We will never forget you. I know you gave us signs that you were
okay and we appreciate that. We will remember all of the good times and keep
those close to our hearts. Not a day will go by that we wont think of you. I
remember all the times that Angela and I would go back and forth saying
"Papa, I love you" and then you would say " I love you also!"...
