Susan
I used to be a backyard neighbor of you, your mother and sister. I
fondly remember your mom's friendliness, enthusiasm and smile. I have also
played bridge with her. She was a wonderful woman and I am sorry for your loss.

Susan and Family,
I'm sorry that your mother Glenda left the world so young. I
am your grandmother Audrey (Aunt Bootsie) brothers daughter (Raliegh Lam). My
husband Troy and I now live in Elkton at the old homesite of Raliegh and
Jeannette Lam. Your mother was a delightful person and know she will be missed
by many. May God Bless you and the family during this hard time.

Dear Cavanaugh family,
I was so sorry to hear of Glenda's passing. She fought
a good fight - always cheerful and optimistic - a real inspiration. Glenda
taught a group of us to play bridge recently. She knew who held which cards and
what the next play should be! She was so patient and took our blunders in
stride, explaining the nuances of the game. If they play bridge in heaven, she
will be there dealing the cards! You are in my thoughts and prayers during this
difficult time.

We wish to send our sincere thoughts and prayers to your family during this
sorrowful time. Glenda served us well during her time at our agency, and was

Susan,
You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Because
I knew your mother so well, I am, and hope you are as well, comforted by thought
of knowing she is at peace and in a beautiful place. I can imagine that she and
my mom are talking a storm and catching up on days gone by. You will remain in
in my prayers always.
With Love,
Sharon

Dear Susan and Family,
Simple words fall so short to express my heartfelt
sympathy. Your Mom was a true "2nd Mom" in my life from 7th grade
onwards. I will miss her deeply. Glenda leaves such a strong legacy and I
cherish all the memories spent at 84 Laurel St. (I expect she will enjoy sweet
fellowship with Sharon now too in heaven)

In Colorado here, our family is
thinking and praying for all of you. Wish so much I could be there in Hburg to
give you a big hug this week! May God's comfort be very real to you in these
tough grief times ahead.

Love you so dearly!

Glenda
I was so sorry to hear about Glenda's passing. I remember living in
Harrisonburg and going to all the Jaycee functions and being a member of the
Jaycetts with her. My prayers are with her family.

Susan and family,
We will always remember our loving neighbor and dear friend,
Glenda. To know that she now has no more pain and walks on streets of gold in
the New Jerusalem!

"....when we've been there 10,000 years, bright shining
as the sun--we've no less days to sing God's praise, than when we first
begun..."
All our love,
Joyce and Tim Folse (Virginia and Luke)
