To Deborah and Family,
I worked with Leonard at Wilson. Leonard was regarded as a warm and caring person by all who knew him. I don't remember a single time around Lenny that he didn't bring a smile and share a laugh. It is both an honor and a blessing to have known him and be able to count him as a friend. You are all in my prayers. God Bless You.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I was privilaged to meet Leonard only once in my life. That was many years ago at my Dad's retirement party from Merck in Elkton. (Paul Warble). Leonard took over my Dad's position as supervisor. What a delightful young man. Just talking with him that one time, I felt like I had known him for years. He had a sweet spirit. I know he will be greatly missed not only by his family but also by his many friends. May you receive God's grace and peace during this difficult time.

It was with deep sadness that I read this morning of Leonard's passing. May I convey my sincere condolences to his family and friends. Although it has been several years since we last spoke, I thought of him often. Leonard was a tremendous teammate, classmember, and friend during our time at EHS. His big smile and friendly personality will forever be remembered.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Leonard's passing. Although I had not seen Leonard since our graduation from Elkton High School in 1970, I remember well his friendly smile and sincere personality. He will be remembered for his highly-respected character, both as an athlete and a friend.

A Great Loss
I first met Leonard in Harrisonburg with his cousin in a lime green Super Bee in 1970. We had a lot of fun together and over the years would run into each other occasionally. We always shared a story and laugh over our past exploits and was both sad and pleased he had been promoted, but had left the area ,now to hear of his passing just leaves a hole that will not be filled. I pray for his family and hope only the best for them in the future.
