Henrietta LaCoste Hensley, of Elkton, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family after a brave seven year battle with cancer.

Mrs. Hensley was born in Lovroux, France, and was the daughter of the late Victor and Marie Righard LaCoste. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Even during her battle with cancer, she remained optimistic, courageous and loving to her family and friends. She was a great inspiration to her family and friends.

On Nov. 17, 1956, she married Philip Hensley, who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Didier Hensley and wife, Teresa, of Elkton, Patrick
