Junior David Jeffrey, 71, of Elkton, Virginia and formerly of Richwood, WV, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at the home of his son. Mr. Jeffrey was born on June 30, 1937 in Blakely, West Virginia, and was a son of the late William David and Effie May Dillard Jeffrey. He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Junior had been employed as a carpenter with various companies and built and remodeled homes and also worked in new camper trailer construction. He was an avid reader and enjoyed joking with his friends and family. Surviving family include three sons, David Jeffrey and wife Cindy, Michael Jeffrey and wife Susan, and William
