Dear Aamodt Family,
I Love and respect Bro & Sister Aamodt.
They both taught
me a great deal about Family History.
Our family enjoyed visiting and hearing
their stories when
they lived in Silver Springs. He will be truly
missed.

Dear Aamodt family:

We extend our sincerest condolences and warmest wishes to
you at this time of mourning.

We had wonderful opportunities to work with
Corbett as he served so very faithfully in the Boy Scouts and on the Silver
Spring Maryland Stake high council with great distinction. We loved how he was
always totally reliable in fulfilling commitments and said exactly what he felt
- which were very endearing qualities in our eyes.

We spent precious moments
in Corbett's and Agnes' home as Agnes struggled with health issues, and we
always felt so welcome. Corbett and Agnes were simply salt of the earth people.
We love them dearly.

Sincerely,

Peter and Sheena Joyce

Our sympathy to the Aamodts. They were great friends. Corbett was a world-class
scoutmaster. Agnis and Corbett were worthy role models for us in the Silver
Spring/Colesville Ward. We wish that we were close enough to attend the memorial
services for Corbett. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

My sincere sympathy on Leonard's death. It was always
nice to see him when he visited Agnes when she and my mother, Irene Furey, were

We were so sorry to hear about Brother Aamodt's passing. We were in the White
Oak Ward with the Aamodts for 7 years and always smile when we think of Brother
Aamodt. We loved how genuinely interested he was in our young, growing family
and we have always admired his commitment and involvement in the Boy Scouts. As
our sons are now becoming scouts our appreciation increases. He was an
influence for good in our lives. Brother Aamodt will be missed. You are all in
our thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Time and distance have precluded my family being around the Aamodts on a
frequent basis. But, that lack of quality face-to-face time together does not
diminish the love for your family that we feel, right now. May our savior's plan
sort all of these issues out in the future and make it easier for all to rub
shoulder with those we love. I am interested in this being the case in the not
so distant future. And, may our Savior's love rain down on your earthly tears
and leave a balm in each eye that lets you know of his abundant
love.

Sincerely yours,

Our sincere condolences to the family of Corbet Aamodt. I always remember as a
Gospel Doctrine teacher, whenever Corbet's hand came up, we were going to be
taught the truth. And he could do it. We wish the Lord's choicest blessings on
your family at this time.

Dear Sis. Aamodt and family,

So saddened to hear of Bro. Aadmodt's
passing--we have sweet memories of being welcomed into your home while we lived
in the White Oak Ward. Ken gleaned lots of Scouting gems from Corbett and we
were lucky to find a family connection too! Everytime I see blueberries I
remember bringing our Cathryn (then 2, now 16) over to pick from your garden.
Thanks for sharing your bounty and friendship with us while we were away from
family.

All our love and prayers,

Ken, Jenifer, Cathryn, Ryan, Rachel,
and Andria Johnson (Sandy, UT)
