Hallie Foley Seiger, 91, of Harrisonburg, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.
Mrs. Seiger was born in Weyers Cave on Feb. 17, 1918, and was the daughter of the late Minor and Myrtle Garber Foley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dennis Seiger, who predeceased her on Feb. 7, 1979. She also had three brothers who preceded her in death.
Hallie was a member of Harrisonburg Baptist Church, where she was involved with the XYZ Singers, XYZ Senior Citizen
