Jennifer Marie Bland, 26, of Harrisonburg, passed away on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

Jennifer was born on Feb. 22, 1982, in Bristol, Tenn., and was the daughter of Ronald and Judith Adler Bland, who survive.

In addition to her parents, Jennifer is survived by her twin sister, Amanda Hettler of Timberville, and a brother, Billy Baugher of Charlottesville.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at 5 p.m. at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg with Pastor Wayne Wright officiating. Following the service, the Bland family will receive friends at their home at 43 Frye Ave., Harrisonburg.

I still can't get over the initial shock of Jennifer's passing and one thing I do regret telling that I got accepted into Nat'l College for medical billing and coding and I start classes next week, and that I wanted her to attend my graduation within a year or two, I guess I'm just going through the motions of losing a friend, enven though she didn't do much to benefit my family, but just being a sweetheart and that no matter what staying the 2 ni9ght at my house was a blessing not a hinderance, but a fond memory a memory that will never fade away.Oout time together was very short and I will always remember and love Jennifer no matter what and also HAPPY 27TH BDAY JEN Love your friend Tomasine L.McQueen P.s.
