Jeffery Todd Shifflett, 41, of Elkton, went to be with his Lord on Feb. 13, 2009, at his home with his loved ones by his side.

Mr. Shifflett was born June 29, 1967, and was the son of Brenda Ratcliff.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Jenkins, and other loved ones.

He was an operator and owner of Shifflett's Concrete Construction LLC.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Kathy; children, Chasity, Charity, Wesley and Kaitlyn Shifflett; granddaughters, Brooklyn Clark and Kiersten Shifflett; brothers, Darrell Shifflett, Donald Shifflett, and Everette "Roscoe" Shifflett, all of Elkton; sister, Tammy Wichael of Elkton; and numerous aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Monday morning, Feb. 16, 2009, at Bible Holiness Church.  Burial will follow at Elk Run Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton from 7-9 Sunday evening and anytime at the family home at 2135 Wagon Lane, Elkton, Va.
