Marguerite Janette Arndt passed away on Monday, Dec. 22, 2008. She was born on Nov. 2, 1922, in Dixon, Ill., and was the daughter of the late Morris L. and S. Ellen Myers Rosbrook. She graduated from Dixon High School in 1940 and married Richard Woodyatt in 1944. He was killed in action during World War II.

I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Rete. Time spent with her, Uncle Dick and family----her strength, kindness and wisdom--always boxers in the house-- homemade Christmas candy every year and thoughtful cards.
