I am Mrs. McDaniel's great-granddaughter and I just wanted to let your family
know how very important Mitch was to me and my family when I was growing up. He
was like a Great-Grandfather to me and I have many fond memories of the time we
shared together. Please know that in this time of loss you and your family are
in my prayers. I am sorry I won't be able to make it to the viewing on Saturday
but I will be at the service on Sunday.

Roger, and family,

I was blessed to have met your father and to have had
several conversations with him as Hospice Chaplain.
He readily communicated his
belief in Jesus and his readiness to meet His Savior. He was at peace with life
and death. That is the best a man can do.

May God's comfort and the
remembrances of him help you through these next days, weeks and months.

My
sincere sympathy wishing God's blessings to be yours,

Chaplain Carl
