Geri and family - I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Trooper Arrington. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with him in Rockingham County for a number of years. He was a fine man from whom I learned very much. I always admired his professional demeanour and his cautious approach to everything. RC always treated everyone with respect as well as being extremely polite. RC was a tribute to the community and to the profession. He will be greatly missed.
