I met Debbie years ago when we both worked at Rocco. She was always smiling and
laughing and she was a lot of fun to be around. She loved talking about Mendi.
She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May God
surround you with His loving arms and provide comfort and healing to your hearts
and souls.

My condolences to her family and her Eagle family. Peace be with you all.
Cindy Brown, VA State Secretar 2008-06-16 06:32:50

Frank & I send our sincerest symphathies.
I met Debbie thru the Eagles after I
was appointed by the State President to help
get them thru their problems. I
knew once
Debbie took over everything would be fine.
Debbie put a lot of time
into the Elkton Aerie.
She alone did all wall paper boarders that still hang in
the Aerie. Her first thought was
always of others. And did everything she
could to promote the slogan \"People Helping
People\"
Debbie
really enjoyed the music of the 60\'s & 70\'s and was a wonderful
dancer. I always enjoyed her so very much.
My heart feels a real void after
hearing of her death.
Marlene C. Kelly- VA State Jr. 2008-06-16 06:42:39

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie for over 20 years. She was the hardest
working, most contentious and caring person. She waqs loved by her friends,
co-workers, and customers. God Bless Debbie and her family. Our prayers are
with them all.

Our most heartfelt sympathy to all of Debbie\'s family. She was a very kind
person who spoke to you whenever and wherever she saw you...even if it was just
a hand wave.

Debbie - I have laughed and cried this weekend thinking about all of the good
times we had together at the beach, with our girls, having yard sales and on the
phone. I cannot believe that you are gone so soon but I know you are at peace
and free from your long illness.

Mendi, Lisa, Bubbie and Gail - you are in my
thoughts as you go through this difficult time.

Love - Joy
Joy (Pugh) Monopoli 2008-06-16 12:56:00

Our sincere and deepest sympathy to Mindi and all of Debbie\'s family. She
was a special lady and will always have a special place in our hearts. She was
so kind and thoughtful to everyone who knew her. She loved being a grandmother.
She loved Karaoke and we all loved to hear her sing. She brightened the room
when she walked in with that beautiful smile.
May God give you the strength you
need in the difficult days ahead. May you find peace and comfort in your
precios memories. The sadness you are feeling is felt by love ones around you.
May it help in some small way to know you are not alone - God is with you and so
are we.

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie at Rocco's corporate office in the mid

The news of Debbie's death saddened me and was a shock having shared and
survived so many chill-packs together at Rocco and now Cargill. Debbie always
made me feel hugged and when I would see her she called me sweet heart. She was
a wonderful person to work with and I will miss her.
Mike Dandrea 2008-06-17 16:11:50

Deb - we'll all miss your wonderful smile and slightly warped sense of humor.
You always made me laugh, no matter what! Our days together at Rocco were the
best. What a crew! My sincere sympathy goes out to Mendi, DeWayne, and sweet
baby Carlee Grace, as well as the rest of Deb's family. Godspeed girlfriend.

Rebecca Zirkle 2008-06-19 19:01:55

We had a lot of good times with Debbie and Mike. I remember the times we went
together at dances and played cards at our houses and went camping together. I
didn't know Debbie was sick until I saw her in the Hospital when my Dad was
there. Her room was right beside his. I guess God has his ways of planning
things? I am so glad I got the chance to visit and talk to her that day.... Our
prayers are with the family at this most difficult time. . She will truely be
missed!!
Doug & Debbie Shifflett 2008-06-20 13:02:32

Things sure won't be the same without you next door to me here at Cargill. I'll
miss yelling back and forth with you and will miss our morning talks and your
smiling face. You are now with God and have know more pain.
My thoughts and
prayers are with the family - Godspeed!!!
Lisa Good 2008-06-24 06:49:55

We truly have lost an angel on earth. Debbie was such a fun loving person to
share times with. We worked at McGinnis's while we were in high school, we had
such good times. Debbie was always the same where ever you would see her. She
truly loved Mendi with all her heart. (Even though Mendi we did call her from
SHS to check on you, but you knew we loved you Mendi)
I guess God needed that
special Angel and he truly got one. My prayers are with all of you.
