I was sorry to learn of the death of Janet. I
had the opportunity to get to know her when she worked at JMU. She was a
wonderful person and she made an important difference with her work at JMU. She
was a great help to me. I certainly missed her when she left JMU. I know you
will all miss her. We were all blessed to have known her.

Best wishes,

A wonderful friend and neighbor. Janet and Gilmer were among the first to
welcome us to Hillview many years ago. She always had a smile, a wave and a
friendly word for everyone.
